For example, if your European espresso maker is 220 volts and 7.5 amps, then its power consumption will be 1,650 watts. Or if your appliance has a motor, such as a treadmill, whose power is rated in horsepower, please keep it in mind that 1 horsepower is approximately equal to 746 watts.
