- High-Pass Filter – When Crossover Mode is in High-Pass Mode, this control limits the frequencies which will be distributed to the speakers Crossover Switch – Routes output of the Low Pass (LP), or the output of the High Pass (HP) filters, or ‘FULL’ to the internal power amplifier.

Input Connections
Turn the volume control on the amplifier to minimum initially. Once the initial power sequence has been performed, set the volume control to roughly 80% of full power. Play some audio and slowly turn up the amplifier volume control until you hear some distortion, and then back it off for the sharpest sound setting. This amplifier has RCA connections for Low Level inputs. Low Level signal is carried through RCA cables. It is preferred to use Low Level inputs to the amplifier if the headunit is equipped with matching outputs.
Speaker Output Connections
Connect right and left speaker wire to corresponding speaker output terminals of the terminals. Be sure to have the positive wire from the speaker to the positive speaker terminal of the amplifier and the negative wire from the speaker must connect with the speaker terminal of the amplifier. Reversing any of these connections will result in the speaker cones moving out of phase which causes bass cancellation.

- Level (Gain) Control – These are basically volume controls. This will allow you to adjust the incoming signal to the amplifier so that it works well with your headunit or to match the level of other amplifiers in your system.
- Phase – Allows you to change the relative time that the waveform meets your ear. With standard subwoofer installations where the subwoofer is behind you, the phase should generally be at O. When subwoofers or woofers are in the kick panels or door panels, an adjustment is useful in delaying the timing of the wave meeting your ear.
- High-Pass Filter – The High Pass crossover is used for sending midrange and high frequency information to a particular speaker.
