Contains 112 professional grade universal Drip irrigation parts such as: emitters, tees, couplings, plugs, stakes, and a 1/4” faucet adapter. Stored beneath the removable top tray is a 250 roll of 1/4″ distribution tubing. This automatic container and hanging baskets kit has everything you need to get started with drip irrigation and stop watering your plants by hand. Three simple steps to install this kit: step 1 – connect to water source, step 2 – lay out the supply tubing, step 3 – attach the pre-assembled water lines. Kit includes 75 ft. Of 1/4″ pre-assembled tubing, 1 timer, 20 – 1/2 gph drippers, 20 stakes, 2 connectors, 2 elbows, 20 tees, 1 end clamp, 10 nails and clamps. The Easy Loc elbow is used to make 90-degree turn that would normally kink the tubing. Easy Loc fittings are the best drip irrigation fittings available.

This Easy Loc valve has an easy to grip handle that opens and closes a full port valve. Commonly used to isolate watering areas.

If installing a timer, we recommend using a high-pressure hose extension to relieve the weight of the timer assembly from the faucet.

This 1/4″ polyethylene tubing has small emitters pre-installed every 12″. It is flexible and can be wound through flower beds or borders, around trees or shrubs, run down rows or raised vegetable beds and can be used in container planting. It is an inexpensive and effective method for watering a variety of plants and gardens. Soaker Dripline also works well with gravity and low pressure systems.

Flow rate is measured in gallons per hour (GPH) and varies with pressure

• Flow rate at 10 PSI is approximately 42 GPH per 100′ roll (0.42 GPH per emitter)
• Flow rate at 20 PSI is approximately 60 GPH per 100′ roll (0.60 GPH per emitter)
• Flow rate at 30 PSI is approximately 80 GPH per 100′ roll (0.80 GPH per emitter)

Maximum recommended run length for a row of 12″ spaced Soaker Dripline is 34 feet

How to use Soaker Dripline:

• Use a to make a 1/4″ hole in the where each line of Soaker Dripline will connect.
• Insert a 1/4″ or into the beginning of each line of Soaker Dripline, then connect to the mainline tubing.
• Place the Soaker Dripline around your plants, being careful not to exceed the maximum run length for a single line.
• Use a to seal off the end of each line of Soaker Dripline.
• Use or wire hold downs to pin the Soaker Dripline in place.
• The can be used to easily insert tranfer barbs and goof plugs into Soaker Dripline.

The Medium Kit includes 2,000′ of 15 mil low flow, 8″ spaced drip tape which is enough to water up to twenty 100′ rows. 2,000′ of low flow drip tape uses approximately 400 gallons per hour (GPH). This kit must be divided into two watering zones using the included hose Y due to the limited capacity of the 1/2″ mainline tubing (240 GPH). Do not exceed a maximum of 1,200′ of low flow drip tape in either watering zone.

Use the included hose Y to manually switch between watering zones or automate this kit by adding a hose thread, battery-operated timer (included) at the faucet, and replacing the hose Y with the Galcon Alternator valve ( included).

Important Notes:
The pressure regulator in this kit requires a minimum of 0.1 GPM (6 GPH) to begin regulating the water pressure to the 10 PSI needed for the drip tape. We recommend using at least 50′ of drip tape in your system to meet this minimum flow rate. Using less than 50′ of drip tape at a time may cause leaking at fittings and possibly damage the drip tape.

Use this plug to seal the end of drip tape. 

To create a tight seal, be sure tape is warm and pliable before attaching the 5/8″ start fittings (LSB/LSBSO) and end fittings (LSGS/LSPLUG). If leakage continues to occur, a 1/4 turn with pliers should suffice.

This tubing is not rated for use under constant pressure. It must be installed after automated timers and valves. All tubing is nominally sized. There is no industry standard. Refer to the ID and OD measurements for exact tubing size.

This kit is designed to spray 2 tables 10 feet long and 4 feet wide each. It allows you to attach the tubing and misters above the propagation table to trellis wire (not included). Misters should be spaced every 2 feet or less. Each mister comes with an anti-drip device that prevents misters from dripping after the system shuts off. The kit includes 50 feet of mainline tubing with fittings, filter, pressure regulator and 10 Tornado misters with anti-drip devices. With all 10 misters in use the flow rate of this greenhouse kit is approximately 50 GPH. 50 feet of mainline tubing can comfortably feed 40 misters. Complete instructions included.
